How to Turn Off The Alerts For Outlook Emails

A Desktop Alert is a notification on your desktop when you receive a new email message, a meeting request, or a task request. By default, Desktop Alerts are turned on. Click the link to watch a video and learn how to turn the alerts off.

As a reminder, Windows 8.1 will reach the end of support on January 10, 2023, when technical assistance and software updates will no longer be provided. Top Keyboard Shortcuts

Quickly open a new program instance by holding down the Shift key and clicking an icon on the taskbar to open a new program instance. So if you had Google Chrome open, pressing Shift and clicking that icon opens a new Chrome Window.
